Testing Documents

In order to register for Testing Night please fill out only the top section of the testing form for your current rank​ and turn it in to your instructor to sign up for Testing Night.  Please note that these are just the basic requirements for each belt. All students wanting to test must:

• Have all necessary paperwork turned in prior to testing night
• Be prepared to answer questions related to Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do and martial arts, depending on rank
• Show consistent effort and willingness to learn and help others learn
• Practice outside of class in addition to work done during class
• Be respectful and demonstrate the tenets of Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do
